Thank you stopping by Jan’s Yorkies! I am a small Yorkie breeder located in the wonderful city of Virginia Beach, Virginia.  I am not a “puppy mill” breeder; therefore, we will only have 2 to 3 litters a year. Our little girl, Luci Lulabelle had her first litter on July 9th! Make sure to stop by and visit her in the Dam section to view pictures of our new mommy. You can check under the "Adoption" page for the pictures of the puppies.

Our puppies come with a written one-year health guarantee and receive the best of preventative well-puppy care before they go to their new homes.  They are checked and approved by our veterinarian, and will be current on all vaccinations.  Our puppies are family raised in our home with lots of love. They love people and they love attention! 

Each one of our puppies is a part of family and we want to make sure that they are placed in a wonderful forever home. I try to match each Yorkie to the right owner so that he/she will have a happy long lasting relationship with you. Buying a Yorkie puppy is a lifelong commitment and with that comes with a lot of responsibilities. After all, they will be a part of your family. Each Yorkie has their own personality so it is important that you and your puppy are a good match.

Our puppies will grow to approximately 3 – 5 lbs but keep in mind; we can never guarantee the exact size of a puppy.
